Booking Info ****Booking/Deposits/Cancellations/Payments**** You may arrive 5-10 minutes before your appointment time no sooner. You have a 10 minute grace period before a late fee of $15 is charged. After 10 minutes your appointment is canceled. A new booking fee will be charged to book another appointment. The following methods of payments are accepted: Zelle (513-823-7062), and Cash. *CASH APP AND VENMO ARE NOT ACCEPTED!* All appointments have a non-refundable/non-transferrable deposits to secure your appointment. If you cancel an appointment another deposit will be required to book again. Appointments may be canceled or rescheduled 24 hours in advance to avoid paying a late cancellation fee, which is 25% of the balance owed. No call no show fee is 50% of the remaining balance owed.
